THE BELLEVUE HOTELS AND RESORTS (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy, and is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data you provide to us or that we collect about you when you use our website www.thebellevue.com or our mobile application and other online products and services (“Site”), when you contact guest services, or when you otherwise interact with us. We are aware of our responsibilities to protect your personal data, to keep it secure and comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“R.A. 10173”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and other applicable privacy and data protection laws.
This Privacy Policy explains our personal data practices and the choices you can make about the way your personal data is used. This Privacy Policy gives effect to our commitment to protect your personal data and serves as the guidelines to be observed by all of the hotels, resorts and properties managed and/or operated by THE BELLEVUE HOTELS AND RESORTS or its affiliates and subsidiaries.
You will be asked to consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy when making a reservation, joining, registering for events or promotions or otherwise corresponding with us via the Site or otherwise where required under applicable law.

Your personal data will be transferred to, and stored at a location found in the hotel in which you stay or visit. It will also be accessed and processed by our designated personnel. Your personal data will only be transferred to locations outside of the hotel where we are satisfied that adequate or comparable levels of protection are in place to protect personal data held in that jurisdiction, and when we are required to do so, with your consent.
Data subject are primarily responsible for ensuring that all personal data submitted are accurate, complete and up to date. From time to time, the Company requests update data; it is important that subjects cooperate and provide the same.

VIII. Rights of data subjects under the Data Privacy Act of 2012?
Under Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, individuals whose personal information is collected, stored and processed are called “data subjects”. They are accorded rights and may invoke the law against abuses committed by the receiver of data.
Right to be Informed – means that the data subject has the right to know when his or her personal data shall be, are being, or have been processed. Collection and processing of data without the data subject’s knowledge and explicit consent is made unlawful, and entities in possession of personal data is obligated to inform the data subject of any breaches or compromises in their data.
Right to Object – requires that the consent of the data subject be secured in the collecting and processing of his or her data. It grants the data subject the choice of refusing to consent, as well as the choice to withdraw consent, as regards collection and processing. As earlier stated, any activity involving a data subject’s personal data without his or her consent is deemed illegal.
Right to Access – involves being able to compel any entity possessing any personal data to provide the data subject with a description of such data in its possession, as well as the purposes for which they are to be or are being processed. Furthermore, other details regarding the processing of their information may be obtained, such as the period for which the information will be stored, and the recipients to whom the information may be disclosed. This must be complied with in an easy-to-access format, accompanied by a description in plain language.
Right to Correct or Rectification – allows the data subject to dispute any inaccuracy or error in the personal information processed, and to have the personal information controller correct it immediately. In line with this, the personal information controller must ensure that the new and the retracted information will be accessible, and that third parties who received the erroneous data will be informed, upon the request of the data subject.
Right to Erasure or Blocking – allows the data subject to suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal, destruction of his or her personal information from the personal information controller’s filing system upon discovery and substantial proof that the personal information are incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained, used for unauthorized purposes or are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. This is akin to the recognized right to be forgotten.
Right to Damages – entitles the aggrieved data subject to be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of his or her personal information.
Right to Data Portability – enables the data subject to obtain and electronically move, copy, or transfer personal data for further use. This also carries out another policy behind the law–ensuring the free flow of personal information.
Right to File a Complaint – if you feel that your personal information has been misused, maliciously disclosed, or improperly disposed, or that any of your data privacy rights have been violated, you have a right to file a complaint.
Transmissibility of Rights of the Data Subject – means that the lawful heirs and assigns of the data subject may invoke the rights of the data subject for, which he or she is an heir or assignee at any time after the death of the data subject or when the data subject is incapacitated or incapable of exercising the rights as enumerated in the immediately preceding section.

We have in place reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of your personal data and to keep your personal data confidential. These measures are subject to ongoing review and monitoring. In line with the unprecedented global health crisis, we would like to inform you that our facilities (pool and gym) will remain closed until further notice. Notice of cancellation must be received no later than 48H (Philippine time) prior to guest’s arrival
The Bellevue Resort
1. Notice of cancellation must be received no later than 72H (Philippine time) prior to guest’s arrival
2. No penalty for modification and cancellation made 7 days prior arrival
3. If cancelled 3 days before arrival, 1-night penalty will be charged
4. For same day cancellation, full stay will be charged. Same applies for non-arrival on the actual date of check-in
Child Policy
Children 12 years old and below when sharing existing bedding with parents, stays free of charge. Breakfast not included.

Debit Cards
Debit cards are not accepted as we will pre-authorize card provided prior to arrival to guarantee room reservation.
Early Check-In
Standard check-in time is at 3PM. To guarantee the room to be ready for early arrival, please pre-register night before check-in date.
Force Majeure
In cases of cancelled flights and ferries due to natural calamities, hotel will allow re-booking, within 3 months. Room/s will however be subject to availability and rate change
Government Issued Photo ID
Hotel will be requiring a valid government issued ID upon check-in. For guests not residing in the Philippines, actual passport must be presented.
Incidental Deposit
Upon check-in, you will be asked for an incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 per room per night which may either be in cash or credit card. Excess cash payment/deposit will be refunded if there will be no other charges incurred during your stay.
Late Check-Out
Standard check-out time is 12NN. For extension up to 6PM, 50% of the room rate will be charged. Full rate will be applied after 6PM.
Non-smoking Policy
Strictly non-smoking in all guest rooms per Executive Order No. 26.
Photo Shoot Policy
Additional charges will be applied for guest/s using hotel’s facilities for photo-shoot purposes. Kindly approach the Front Desk for details.
Drone Usage
For the safety and privacy of our guests, usage of drone and other similar kinetic remote-control devices for recreational use within the perimeter of the resort is prohibited. Special events such as weddings, conventions, media events, promotional videos, and the like will be subject to Management’s approval and must be pre-arranged at least 7 days before arrival.
